20 month update

It has been a long time since I blogged about Arrianna, blogging at the moment isn't easy but I shall try to update you all as and when I can. Arrianna has been on so many adventures over the last few months with her big brother Kellyn and big Sister Ceienna. we have had so many happy times visited so many amazing places.

We are always off doing something Arrianna doesnt miss out on anything. Also recently we visited Cadbury World in Birmingham. Arrianna loved this she was amazed by the machines and loved the rides. We just had the most amazing day and of course the chocolate was very yummy. Check out our next blog for our latest news and adventures with Arrianna. 

Arrianna at 18 months

Arrianna is now 18 months old. She is doing really well.

She is now able to crawl at top speeds and loves getting around discovering new surroundings.

Arrianna's favourite toys are cars and tractors at the moment and has learned to crawl while pushing them along, she has also learned to play ball.

We are so privileged to have such a special girl in our family.

Arrianna poorly again

2 am this morning Arrianna woke up once more struggling to breath and very upset, after calming her down and comforting her I did physio oh her chest hoping to help to clear the obstructions, but her breathing remained rattlie and she was unable to settle. After getting kellyn and Ceienna.
To school we headed up to the doctors after much explanation we were finally given an appointment and the gp diagnosed her with a chest infection though there could me more as she has trouble with her oxygen levels but for now Arrianna has antibiotics and we are waiting to go into hospital for further tests for her sleep and breathing problems.

16 Month Update

Beautiful Arrianna is 16 months today. She is doing wonderfully well on the whole. Now able to Get around in her own special way and now adapted to using her hearing aids.


Mummy has had to baby proof the house and i have a New Playpen to keep me safe.


Sadly Arrianna is now waiting for an appointment at Birmingham Childrens hospital where she could be facing her first Operation, Due to her age this is not something which will be taken lightly, but we shall remain hopeful as ever. More updates on this to follow.  Mummy is trying to to worry to much.

I am So pleased with Arrianna she has really mastered this toys and loves to play with it. Lights and Sounds make a big difference for her. 

Olympic Torch At Llanymynech 2012

 Today myself joined with one our wonderful friend headed to Llanymynech to watch the Olympic Torch pass through. The atmosphere was amazing from the crowd which lined the main roads.

Today has been a very special day. Standing out side school waving off my two older children as the go on the coach, to watch the torch with school and not with me, i was slightly sad but glad they are happy enough to make their way in the world. I had to laugh at Kellyn using Makaton to communicate through the coach window with me.

I was so excited when i picked them up from school and listened to their stories of their adventures. A very special day, i think we shall all remember in our own special ways.

15 month update.

Well the biggest news after many hours I have saved our blog. Now for arriannas updates, well how amazing is this girl, she is now able to sit up from lying down and also able to crawl. Both in her own unique way. Arrianna is getting on well with her hearing aids and very pretty they are to.

We have visited Shrewsbury hospital for blood tests and now waiting for the results and also had a night of sleep monitoring to try to find the cause of arriannas sleeping problems.

I am so glad to be back blogging again. Hopefully there will be more to come. Mean while don't forget my daily blog, Georgies ramblings.

Powis Castle - Welshpool Spring 2012

 Today we visit the beautiful Powis Castle, the ground where so rich in color from the Spring flowers. A few time we stopped to get Arrianna out the pushchair to explore the grounds. Before leaving we have a lovely healthy picnic.

Easter Update

Arrianna is now fast approaching 14 motnhs old. It has been a very Special couple of Months, She has now been able to repeat saying Moma. and has started giving the most wonderful hugs. We have lots of appointments coming up this months, so will be spending most of it on the road. 


Arrianna loves playing and discovering toys, but get bored of them very easy so i change them regularly. I Also change the box this adds to the excitement for her. 


Arrianna is sitting up un aided well now, but does have her off days when she needs constant supervision. 


Over all she is doing very well, i am hoping that once she has her hearing aids this will help her develop her communication and speech more. 


Below are a few pictures of Arrianna enjoying Easter. The older children have an Easter egg hunt every year, so this year i did a special task for Arrianna, where she had her own Easter Bucket and she put the eggs into that, Which she loved.

Bug Hunts

 The girls have been making the most of the fab weather and bug hunting. by doing this it helped to work on Arrianna's control. She loved following the ladybird as it crawled all over her arm.
